Job Title: IVA Review Specialist
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25-29k DOE
Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am–5pm

Role Overview:

We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused IVA Review Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting financial reviews with existing IVA clients to ensure their arrangements remain suitable and affordable. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial assessments within the IVA framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out detailed income and expenditure assessments to ensure clients can sustain their monthly IVA payments.

Discuss and agree any necessary changes to payment terms with clients based on their current financial circumstances.

Respond to client queries regarding their financial reviews through various communication channels, including phone, SMS, and email.

Work collaboratively with internal departments to share outcomes and ensure smooth transitions following client reviews.

Ensure all client interactions are compliant with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) guidelines and GDPR regulations.

Escalate complex cases or unusual client circumstances to the team leader or Insolvency Practitioner (IP) for further guidance.

Support the wider business as required, taking on additional duties when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in IVA casework, debt solutions, or a financial services environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

A good understanding of income and expenditure assessments.

High level of accuracy and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.

Familiarity with relevant regulations, including GDPR and industry best practices.

Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Desirable:

Previous experience working in an IVA or debt management environment.

Knowledge of insolvency legislation and FCA regulations.

Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
